Welcome to the report download page 

You were sent an email that contained your UserId and Password, please use both when you enter the Home Inspector Pro webiste. Once you have entered the correct UserID and Password you will be able to open your report. Reports and any additional documents will be in Adobe .pdf format. You will also be able to save the document(s) to your own computer.
